The concept at Villas de Maras is to make your experience as authentic and local as possible. It is for this reason that our gastronomy uses all native Andean products such as quinoa, a variety of potatoes, Peruvian corn, lima beans, and many other organic products. Most of them come straight from our garden. When staying at Villas de Maras you are more than welcome to participate in the kitchen and learn about the process of cooking. We have an open kitchen where you are always invited to take part in the creation of our dishes.
